Q: What do you mean by 'turnkey'?

We handle every layer end-to-end — civil (foundation, canopy, signage), electrical (transformer, ACDB/DCDB, earthing to CEA norms), the chargers themselves, CMS onboarding, payment integration and DISCOM approvals. You sign one contract with PixellEnergy, not five vendors.

Q: What quality of civil & electrical work do you use?

All civil follows IS 456 concrete grade and monsoon-tested drainage. Cabling is ISI-marked copper with IP65 outdoor rated enclosures. Every earthing pit is tested to <1 Ω. We do not compromise on materials — this is a 10-year asset, not a 2-year build.

Q: Are your chargers built for Indian conditions?

Yes. Every PixellEnergy charger is ARAI certified, tested for 55°C ambient, monsoon IP54/IP65 enclosures, and voltage-swing tolerance of ±20% — designed specifically for Indian grid, heat and dust. OCPP 1.6J on every unit for network compatibility.

Q: How long until my station goes live?

Typical timeline is 90 days from LOI: site survey & design, DISCOM sanction and transformer works, civil + electrical build, charger installation & commissioning, then CMS + payment onboarding before you go live.

Q: What is my role as a franchisee?

Provide the site (owned or leased), sign off on the design, and manage day-to-day cleanliness/security. PixellEnergy handles technology, monitoring, driver acquisition, payments and maintenance.
